1. What Xenaxio is

Xenaxio is a web-based music visualizer. You upload your audio, design a video around it using built-in templates and tools, and export the result. The service runs entirely in your browser; we store project data and uploaded assets on our servers only when you sign in and save a project.

2. Your content

You retain full ownership of audio, images, video, and other content you upload. By using Xenaxio you grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service to you. We do not sell or share your content with third parties.

3. What you can't upload

Don't upload content that infringes copyright you don't hold, depicts child sexual abuse material (CSAM), incites violence, or violates applicable law. We scan uploaded assets for CSAM via Cloudflare's detection tool and will permanently remove and report matching content. Repeated violations result in account termination.

4. Free tier

Today the entire editor is free with limits on stored projects (50 per account) and total asset storage (500 MB per account). Exported videos may carry a small Xenaxio watermark in the free tier. We reserve the right to adjust limits — we'll announce changes ahead of time.

5. Availability

We aim for high uptime but make no SLA guarantees. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for lost content; please keep local copies of important work.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
