Radial Waveform takes the horizontal waveform shape and bends it into a closed loop centred on the canvas. The result is a continuously rotating, breathing ring that contracts and expands with the audio amplitude — somewhere between a waveform, a planet, and a heartbeat.
With up to 256 segments, the loop can be ultra-smooth or deliberately faceted. The base radius sets how much "room" the loop occupies, the amplitude controls how much it warps, and the rotation speed adds continuous motion that gives the scene presence even during quiet passages.
Toggle bidirectional mode and the loop responds both inward and outward; close the loop to keep the shape continuous or leave it open for a more glitchy feel. Combined with Galaxy Cosmos or Aurora Borealis palettes, the scene looks like an animated celestial body.
This scene also works exceptionally well as a layered backdrop behind text overlays — the central area stays open, and the loop frames the typography without competing.
